## About the Role

* 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or MBSE (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
 * Proven experience in systems engineering supporting missile defense or other complex defense systems.
 * Expertise with MBSE principles, SysML, and CAMEO Systems Modeler.
 * Strong understanding of MDA system architectures, lifecycle processes, and verification/validation.
 * Ability to translate high-level mission objectives into detailed technical requirements.
 * Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
 * Must be a U.S. Citizen
 * An active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance upon hire is preferred.

Education Requirements:

 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred. (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

## Description

Lead system-level requirements definition and traceability across multiple MDA and external programs.

 * Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies using CAMEO Systems Modeler to create, integrate, and maintain a comprehensive multi-layered architecture.
 * Model and document system components, behaviors, and interfaces across multiple agencies to support the Next Generation Missile Defense architecture.
 * Capture, analyze, and validate functional and performance requirements to ensure mission success.
 * Conduct trade-off analyses and assess system scalability and integration impacts.
 * Maintain continuous traceability from mission objectives through test and deployment.
 * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, and external partners to ensure system alignment with strategic defense goals.
