## About the Role

* 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure engineering experience, including 2+ years in an MSP, consulting, or multi-client environment.
\n

 * Strong VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V / Azure Stack HCI administration experience.
\n

 * Advanced Microsoft 365 administration skills, including PowerShell and familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin centers.
\n

 * Deep Active Directory and Entra ID engineering experience, including hybrid identity and AD Connect.
\n

 * Strong Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and certificate services knowledge.
\n

 * Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery platforms such as Veeam, Datto, Cove, or Azure Site Recovery.
\n

 * Solid networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN concepts.
\n

 * Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and bulk administration.
\n

 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
