## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps.

 * 3+ years of Azure Red Hat OpenShift or OpenShift experience.
\n

 * Advanced Terraform development and reusable module design skills.
\n

 * Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
\n

 * Proficiency in Azure networking, Entra ID, Azure RBAC, managed identities, Key Vault, Azure Container Registry, and API Management.
\n

 * Strong knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift platform architecture, security, RBAC, and least-privilege design.
\n

 * Experience implementing enterprise DevSecOps, CI/CD governance, infrastructure scanning, and compliance controls.
\n

 * Experience with observability platforms, preferably Datadog.
\n

 * Excellent technical documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge-transfer skills.

## Description

Synechron is looking for ARO Engineering Platform Consultant . Design, implement, and operationalize an enterprise Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) platform. Establish the ARO landing zone, Terraform automation, GitHub Actions CI/CD standards, security controls, RBAC, observability, and self-service onboarding capabilities. Partner with Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Security, IAM, and Application teams to enable secure, scalable, and compliant application delivery.
