## Description

Seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to lead customer integrations and support EDI/API initiatives across transportation and logistics operations. This role partners with customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements, design integration solutions, manage testing, and drive successful implementations involving EDI, API, XML, JSON, CSV, and X12 transactions., n

 * Gather and analyze customer integration requirements for EDI, API, X12 (204, 210, 214, 990), XML, JSON, CSV, and flat-file transactions.
\n

 * Translate business requirements into functional specifications and mapping documents for development teams.
\n

 * Coordinate with developers to design, test, and implement integration solutions.
\n

 * Perform end-to-end testing with customers, trading partners, and transportation management systems (TMS).
\n

 * Troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve EDI/API production issues and enhancement requests.
\n

 * Collaborate with business, operations, and IT teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
\n

 * Support process improvements, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
\n

 * Lead customer communications, project status updates, and stakeholder meetings.
\n

 * Provide regular reporting and project updates to leadership.
