## About the Role

* 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

 * Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager.

 * Proven experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with meaningful advertising budgets.

 * Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, funnel strategy, bidding, budget allocation, and optimization.

 * Demonstrated experience optimizing campaigns against ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
\n

 * Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
\n

 * Strong experience with creative testing and performance analysis.
\n

 * Experience managing multiple client accounts or working across different industries is a strong advantage.
\n

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n

 * Ability to independently analyze performance data and turn insights into strategic decisions.

 * Strong understanding of the relationship between creative performance, audience targeting, funnel structure, and conversion performance.
