## Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Vendor & Applications Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise initiative involving application lifecycle management, software portfolio optimization, and vendor coordination.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, procurement, finance, and other cross-functional groups to help manage application-related projects, track key milestones, drive accountability, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and is comfortable following up on action items to keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

 * Coordinate application-related projects and technology initiatives across multiple business units
 * Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party software vendors
 * Gather, document, and track business and technical requirements
 * Maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and action item trackers
 * Support software vendor management activities, including renewals, licensing reviews, contract administration, and service agreements
 * Review vendor proposals, statements of work, pricing models, and licensing options
 * Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and escalation items
 * Assist with application onboarding, migration, enhancement, and retirement efforts
 * Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams throughout project lifecycles
 * Analyze data and create reports using Microsoft Excel and other business tools
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency
 * Prepare project updates and executive-level status communications
