## Description

* Develop XSOAR playbooks and provide technical support to incident response analysts.
 * Define new SOAR requirements and drive process improvements in the security program.
 * Investigate and document anomalous events and incidents, overseeing the incident response process.
 * Conduct risk analyses and convert findings into actionable monitoring recommendations.
 * Develop and implement a metrics program to report on overall performance and effectiveness.
