This role will drive automation initiatives across infrastructure and operations, enabling technical teams to automate configuration management, software deployment, patching, operational processes, and remediation workflows through a scalable and reusable automation framework. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with platform engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to establish an integrated automation ecosystem supporting modernization, containerization, observability, and day-to-day operations., * Design and implement enterprise infrastructure and operations automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible. * Establish reusable automation standards, including organizations, inventories, credentials, execution environments, workflows, RBAC, and operational governance. * Develop and maintain Ansible roles, playbooks, collections, and workflows for infrastructure provisioning, software deployment, patching, upgrades, and operational tasks. * Integrate automation platforms with Git-based source control and CI/CD processes for versioning, testing, approvals, and deployment. * Design and implement API-driven and event-driven automation solutions integrated with enterprise systems, monitoring platforms, and IT service management tools. * Build automation capabilities supporting observability platforms, agent deployment, configuration management, upgrades, and remediation workflows. * Support automation across Windows, Linux/Unix, OpenShift/Kubernetes, virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud environments. * Evaluate manual processes and develop scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive work. * Establish testing, approval, deployment, and production execution standards for automation development. * Create and maintain architecture documentation, standards, runbooks, operational procedures, and best practices. * Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to build a cohesive enterprise automation strategy.
