 * MBO 4 ICT afgerond
 * Relevante stage- of werkervaring in een IT-omgeving (geen jarenlang cv nodig)
 * Werkende kennis van Windows, Microsoft 365 en basisnetwerken
 * Eerste ervaring met of kennis van Entra ID, device management of Azure is een pré
 * Je legt dingen helder uit, ook aan mensen voor wie IT niet vanzelfsprekend is
 * Proactief en leergierig, en je durft een vraag te stellen of je mening te geven

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je lost niet alleen de voor de hand liggende vragen op, maar denkt mee, ziet patronen en weet wanneer je iets zelf afhandelt en wanneer je een collega erbij haalt. Dat onderscheid maakt je waardevol.

 * Eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers via telefoon, mail en ticketsysteem
 * Zelfstandig oplossen van IT-vraagstukken rondom Windows, Microsoft 365 en werkplekbeheer
 * Meldingen netjes registreren, opvolgen en gericht escaleren waar nodig
 * Remote ondersteuning geven, helder en klantgericht
 * Terugkerende issues signaleren en delen met je team
 * Bijdragen aan kennisartikelen en interne documentatie
