Responsibilities include reviewing and implementing software requirements, supporting task execution, and contributing to deployment activities. The role applies software development and troubleshooting experience to resolve defects, maintain secure and agency-compliant code baselines, participate in code reviews, and document technical solutions. The developer also helps ensure overall system code coverage remains above 80% while supporting software quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
