SDMX, environmental indicators and international reporting experience are advantages. Relevant Azure certifications are desirable. Qualified female candidates are particularly encouraged to apply. ## Description GIS/Geospatial Data Scientist - Python, PostGIS, Azure - Remote from Western or Northern Europe - UN Client, * Assess raster/vector datasets, administrative boundaries, coordinate systems, metadata and data quality. * Implement geospatial workflows: reprojection, geometry validation, spatial joins, clipping, aggregation, buffering and proximity analysis. * Prepare and publish validated spatial data for analytics, APIs, map services and visualization. * Support OGC services and geospatial APIs. * Collaborate with data engineering, cloud, architecture and governance teams. * Produce technical documentation and handover materials.
