## About the Role

* Strong software engineering and programming skills, with significant experience in one or more of the following: C#/.NET, Java, Rust or Python.
 * A genuine passion for technology and an interest in working within a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.
 * An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with the confidence to take ownership, solve problems and drive solutions forward.
 * Experience managing and delivering development projects across the full software development lifecycle.
 * A strong interest in understanding business challenges, developing domain expertise and using technology to create effective solutions.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, stakeholders and technical teams.
 * Previous experience within Financial Services would be advantageous but is not essential.
 * An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another relevant discipline.

## Description
