## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager for a hybrid role in the Charlotte, NC area. This contract position requires an individual with strong development and analytical skills to manage complex projects using a diverse set of technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions and ensuring optimal performance., * Start ASAP with a specific start date requirement.

 * Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
 * Manage development activities independently and deliver high-performing solutions.
 * Analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
 * Ensure the scalability and performance of projects.
