## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

 * 10-15+ years of architectural experience, with a strong record delivering core & shell, adaptive reuse, and existing-building projects.
\n

 * Deep expertise in building envelopes, structural coordination, waterproofing, and high-performance building systems.
\n

 * Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code, zoning, energy codes, and permitting for existing buildings.
\n

 * Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and BIM coordination platforms; familiarity with BIM 360, Enscape, and performance modeling tools a plus.
\n

 * Skilled in preparing and reviewing technical specifications.
\n

 * Working knowledge of AI integration and workflows.

As a Senior Architectural Technical Architect at M Moser, you will shape the technical direction of major core & shell and adaptive reuse projects - from feasibility and concept through construction. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will ensure that every design is both technically sound and aligned with our commitment to sustainable, human-centered, and high-performing environments.
