Preferred Skill And Experience * Experience with multi-country implementations. * Experience migrating from SAP Success Factors custom HR systems - particularly Talent/Performance data and processes. * Experience in industries such as Food and Beverage. * Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s), particularly in Talent Management or Global HR. * Experience with adjacent talent capabilities such as Career Development, Dynamic Skills/Skills Center, and Learning integration. * Exposure to Oracle's Redwood user experience within Talent Management modules.
