 * Sterke affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie, workflow-automatisering en low-code (Power Platform).
 * Ervaring met CRM-, ERP- of andere enterprise systemen en inzicht in processen binnen HR, finance en operations.
 * Een pragmatische instelling en het vermogen om te pionieren in een dynamische scaleup-omgeving.
 * Het liefst ook ervaring met Powerplatform of andere lowcode omgevingen.
 * Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
