## About the Role

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium, zum Beispiel in Wirtschaft, Informatik, Technik, Kommunikation, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder einer anderen Fachrichtung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Entscheidend ist für uns, was du mitbringst, nicht der Titel deines Abschlusses
 * Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Beratung, mit Bezug zu Marketing, Sales, Service, CRM oder Customer Experience
 * Konzeptionelle Stärke: Du strukturierst komplexe Sachverhalte, denkst in Zusammenhängen und bringst sie klar und visuell auf den Punkt
 * Eigenverantwortung: Du treibst Themen, Kund:innen und Projekte selbstständig voran und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
 * Menschen & Organisation: Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen, hast ein Gespür für Stakeholder und verstehst, dass Transformation immer auch Organisation und Kultur betrifft
 * Technologisches Fundament: Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit mindestens einer relevanten Technologie und Neugier auf die anderen, zum Beispiel:
 * KI-Modelle & Agenten-Plattformen: z. B. Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI / ChatGPT, Google Cloud (Gemini, Vertex AI), AWS (z. B. Amazon Bedrock)
 * CRM- & Customer-Plattformen: z. B. Salesforce inkl. Agentforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Copilot Studio
 * Spezialisierte KI-Lösungen: z. B. Voice-AI und KI-Telefonie (etwa fonio)
 * Von Vorteil: Verständnis für Konzepte wie Headless-Architekturen, Agent-Orchestrierung, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Datenanbindung (Grounding) oder AI-Governance sowie passende Zertifizierungen
 * Haltung: Du denkst technologieoffen und lösungsorientiert und hast Freude daran, dich schnell in neue Plattformen einzuarbeiten
 * Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
