Ben jij de IT Engineer die gebruikers écht verder helpt en graag sleutelt aan een moderne werkplekomgeving? Voor PQ Silicvas, locatie Eijsden, zoeken wij een IT Engineer die het leuk vindt om collega's te helpen, problemen scherp te analyseren en oplossingen structureel te verbeteren. In deze helpdesk+ rol combineer je hands-on support met beheer en projecten binnen een internationale EMEA-omgeving. Je komt terecht in een compact, professioneel IT-team waar de lijnen kort zijn en jouw ideeën daadwerkelijk het verschil maken.

Je wordt blij van een mix van hands-on werkplekbeheer en inhoudelijke IT-vraagstukken. Je houdt van aanpakken, schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende gebruikers en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor "jouw" omgeving.

 * MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting IT.
 * Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in IT-support, servicedesk of werkplekbeheer.
 * Ervaring met Microsoft-omgevingen en applicaties (Microsoft 365, Windows, AD).
 * Ervaring met een ticketsysteem en werken volgens ITIL is een plus.
 * Goede beheersing van Nederlands én Engels.
 * Je bent bereid om binnen Europa te reizen en zo nodig incidenteel buiten kantoortijden ondersteuning te bieden.

## Description

* Je biedt eerste- en tweedelijns support voor gebruikers op onze EMEA-sites, zowel remote als on-site.
 * Je lost incidenten op en zorgt voor duurzame oplossingen in plaats van tijdelijke 'plakband-oplossingen'.
 * Je richt werkplekken in: laptops, thin clients, smartphones, tablets en printers, inclusief installatie en configuratie.
 * Je werkt in onze Microsoft-omgeving (o.a. Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory) en ondersteunt kantoorapplicaties.
 * Je voert changes door, borgt kwaliteit en legt je werk helder vast.
 * Je denkt mee in projecten en optimalisaties binnen onze IT-infrastructuur.
 * Je vertaalt technische taal naar begrijpelijke uitleg voor collega's - ook voor niet-IT'ers.
