About the Role At Acorns Children's Hospice, we provide specialist palliative care for children, and young people with life-limiting and lifethreatening conditions, and we support their families through every step of their journey, and through transition. As a Clinical Systems & Data Analyst you will: * Analyse and report on clinical and operational data, producing clear reports, dashboards and insights that help teams monitor performance, identify trends and make informed decisions. * Support and develop our clinical systems, including SystmOne, helping to configure and test improvements, troubleshoot issues and identify ways to improve processes, data capture and the user experience. * Maintain high standards of data quality and governance, supporting accurate and consistent record keeping, performance monitoring, regulatory reporting and compliance with information governance requirements. * Work closely with colleagues across Acorns, providing training and system support, understanding their data and digital needs, and using your expertise to support continuous improvement across our services., As a UNICEF Gold Rights Respecting organisation, we are committed to ensuring that the United Nations Convention for the Rights of the Child is embedded into both culture and practice within the organisation.
