## About the Role

* Strong data quality business analysis / consultant skills
 * Have worked in a change environment
 * Previous experience working within an Asset Management / Asset Servicer / Investment Management environment.
 * Demonstrable experience of implementing data quality tools, processes and procedures within an asset manager.
 * Strong understanding of data quality, data controls, governance and data management.
 * Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and deliverable solutions.
 * Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
 * Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

 * Experience supporting data quality transformation/change programmes.
 * Experience with data quality/observability tools such as Monte Carlo (preferred), Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Ataccama, Great Expectations, Soda, Talend, Dataiku or IBM InfoSphere; Monte Carlo is not essential.
 * Experience working with data catalogues, data lineage and data governance tooling.
 * Experience working across investment, operations, risk or data functions within an asset manager.

## Description

The role will sit between the business and technology teams, translating business data quality requirements into clear technical requirements and driving them through to delivery.

 * Work with business stakeholders to understand data quality issues, requirements and desired outcomes.
 * Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories and delivery plans.
 * Support the implementation and enhancement of data quality tools, processes and procedures.
 * Work closely with technology and data teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
 * Coordinate delivery activities, track actions, risks, dependencies and milestones.
 * Support testing, implementation and rollout of data quality solutions.
 * Help establish and embed robust data quality processes, controls and governance.
 * Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data teams and technical delivery teams.
