As a fully independent division within the international security structure of Basic-Fit, Basic-Fit Security consists of a professional and specialized team capable of responding effectively to a wide range of safety and security situations. The Academy within Basic-Fit Security plays a central role as the organization's knowledge and development center. The Academy is responsible for designing, delivering and safeguarding training programs, educational initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities that contribute to the professional growth of employees and the continuous development and strengthening of the organization as a whole. The Role As a Technical Support Specialist, you play a key role in maintaining the continuity and quality of safety, security and operational processes across the Basic-Fit network. You ensure that systems, clubs and the Monitoring & Alarm Receiving Center (MARC) continue to operate effectively while supporting the technical implementation and rollout of new clubs throughout Europe. In this role, you are the first point of contact for technical incidents and support requests coming from Basic-Fit clubs across Europe. Through the ticketing system, you receive reports ranging from connectivity issues and system disruptions to questions regarding security systems, IoT devices and operational processes. You take ownership of every ticket from start to finish. Using your technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, you investigate issues, identify root causes and determine the best solution. Whenever possible, you resolve incidents independently. For more complex issues, you coordinate with external suppliers and technical partners while remaining responsible for communication, progress monitoring and the successful closure of the ticket. Alongside incident management, you monitor systems, perform quality checks, support new club openings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
