## About the Role

Strong Aderant Expert experience - Elite 3E also considered
General Ledger design and GL mapping
Strong understanding of AP, AR, billing and cash/accrual accounting
Finance systems implementation, configuration and testing
Testing transactions from sub-ledgers through to the GL
Financial data validation and reconciliation
Experience working closely with management/financial accountants
New office, company or legal entity setup experience highly desirable
Legal sector experience strongly preferred
SQL / financial reporting experience beneficial

The ideal candidate will come from a Finance Systems Accountant, Systems Accountant, Finance Systems Manager or Senior Finance Systems Analyst background and combine strong systems knowledge with a solid understanding of the underlying accounting processes.

There is also potential for further project work supporting wider international growth and future finance transformation initiatives.

Recent experience working in a Finance Systems role within a law firm is essential to be considered for this opportunity.

## Description

The immediate focus will be supporting the finance systems setup for a new international office, working closely with Finance, Technology and third-party vendors to ensure the financial structures, processes and reporting are configured and tested correctly.
