## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.

 * Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Candidate Experience Management (CXM), and Onboarding processes.

 * Proven expertise in configuring business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, templates, and onboarding/recruiting forms.

 * Working knowledge of integration technologies, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and middleware solutions for seamless system connectivity.

 * Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements by collaborating with HR teams and key business stakeholders.

 * Good understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition workflows, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve functional and system-related issues effectively.

 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver solutions in a dynamic business environment.
