Languages: Native or fluent French and strong professional English are required., * Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a product development environment.

 * Experience delivering enterprise-scale software products, preferably SaaS solutions.
 * Good understanding of modern software engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-based architectures.
 * Experience working with APIs, automation frameworks and scalable software platforms.
 * Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

As a Product Software Engineering Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and develop two software engineering teams responsible for building and evolving key capabilities of the Enablon platform, the market-leading SaaS solution for EHS, Risk and Sustainability management.

You will combine strong people leadership with technical and delivery excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA and DevOps teams, you will help shape the future of our products while supporting the growth and success of your engineers.

 * Build strong cross-functional relationships within a global and matrixed organization.
