This will require providing administrative support to key meetings, being aware of work priorities and the needs of self and senior managers to ensure all required deadlines are met., The post holder will portray a professional image and is expected to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external to NHS GM, to support them in the delivery of their role and the achievement of the NHS GM overarching objectives. These stakeholders include, but are not limited to: 1. colleagues within the executive and senior management team. 2. colleagues throughout the organisation at all levels. 3. other administrative assistants both internal and external to NHS GM. 4. senior managers and executives in customer organisations, whom the post holder may liaise with direct., The core purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the IT Operations function, helping to deliver the wider IT agenda and ensure effective day-to-day business support. Although titled IT Support, this Band 4 role is predominantly an IT administrative and business support position rather than a technical IT support role. The emphasis is on diary management, meeting administration, governance support, document production, stakeholder coordination, and general business administration within the IT Operations team.
