## About the Role

* 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling complex systems.
 * Production experience in Golang, with an interest in developing strong engineering practices.
 * Strong hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases - especially Cassandra.
 * Solid understanding of designing and operating low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems.
 * Previous on-call experience, with a pragmatic approach to reliability and incident management.

Nice to have

 * Background in Node.js or other backend languages.
 * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and event-driven architectures.
