## About the Role

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

 * Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification or equivalent
 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles
 * Experience coaching Agile and/or DevOps teams
 * Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Experience working within government or public sector environments
 * Ability to influence and coach teams without direct authority
 * Proactive, solution-oriented, and people-focused mindset
 * Fluent Dutch and English language skills
 * Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and able to pass government-related security screening requirements

## Description

We are looking for a Medior Scrum Master to join our growing Agile and DevOps practice. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional DevOps teams and public sector clients, helping teams embrace Agile principles and continuously improve their ways of working.

As a Scrum Master, you will act as a coach and facilitator rather than a traditional manager, guiding teams through Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will work with long-term customer engagements, primarily within government and public sector environments, supporting multiple Agile teams and helping organizations deliver high-quality IT services and solutions., * Coach and support Agile and DevOps teams in Scrum best practices

 * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions
 * Help teams improve collaboration, productivity, and Agile maturity
 * Identify and remove impediments that impact team performance
 * Promote Agile values, transparency, and continuous improvement
 * Support Product Owners and stakeholders in maximizing team effectiveness
 * Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
 * Monitor team performance and drive continuous process improvements
 * Support multiple Scrum teams when required
 * Contribute to organizational Agile transformation initiatives
 * Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term success
