## Description

Extrastaff Ltd are recruiting for the position of Warehouse Data Analyst / Data Administrator to join a dynamic, award-winning and one of the fastest growing logistics warehouses in Doncaster.

As a Warehouse Data Analyst / Data Administrator you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the performance monitoring dashboards, process automation, document standardisation to name a few within a warehouse environment.

Duties as a Data Analyst / Operational Excellence Administrator:

 * Designing and standardising performance monitoring dashboards (productivity, volumes, workload) in line with the Group's requirements and KPIs.
 * Automating reporting tools (via Excel and macros) to improve data reliability while reducing manual tasks with little added value.
 * To develop standardised operational documents (job descriptions, training materials, audit grids, procedures) in order to harmonise practices across the site.
 * Working with the various functions (operations, quality, safety, HR) to ensure the adoption of standardised tools and support the deployment of best practices.
 * Structuring and distributing templates in line with corporate standards to ensure consistency, readability and replicability.
 * Actively participating in the implementation of Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Gemba), with a particular focus on documenting and formalising processes.
 * Produce internal communication materials (newsletters, presentations, safety brochures) that are clear and aligned with the company's visual identity.
