Business Transformation, Technicians will serve as the initial deployment team at each site, helping establish best practices, workflows, and operational procedures during the first 6-8 weeks of each project. Once a site is successfully ramped up, the team will transition to the next location to support a new deployment., * Perform replacement and installation of fiber-optic infrastructure within active data center environments.

 * Troubleshoot connectivity and cabling issues.
 * Support cable removal, installation, routing, dressing, labeling, and testing.
 * Assist with establishing site processes, procedures, and operational standards for new deployments.
 * Maintain compliance with data center safety and quality standards.
 * Work effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
 * Travel extensively to support projects across multiple locations nationwide., * Typical travel rotations are approximately two weeks at a time before returning to the home market.
 * All travel arrangements will be coordinated by the client.
