## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven System Administrator to join our IT team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Azure, virtual server environments, and enterprise-level Windows infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our systems while mentoring junior administrators and contributing to strategic IT initiatives., * Manage and maintain Windows Server environments in an enterprise context.

 * Administer and support Azure infrastructure, including Azure AD Sync.
 * Oversee virtual server environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
 * Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Exchange Online.
 * Support and troubleshoot Office 365 environments.
 * Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
 * Provide technical leadership and guidance to other system administrators.
 * Ensure system security, stability, and performance across hybrid environments.
