In partnership with the VP, Technology Leader, Global Corporate Functions and functional leadership, this role defines and continuously evolves the multi-year technology vision, target-state ecosystem, and integrated roadmap across the assigned domains. The role retains end-to-end accountability for the assigned technology domains, including portfolio strategy, investment priorities, value realization, service health, operational performance, and continuous evolution. The Technology Leader provides functional technology leadership across matrixed Product, Capability Design, Strategic Governance, Platform Engineering, Data, Integration, Operations, AMS/EBS, and third-party delivery teams, ensuring they operate as one cohesive technology organization. In addition to the assigned functional domains, this role serves as a Corporate Functions Program and Transformation Lead for selected strategic programs sponsored by the VP, Technology Leader, Global Corporate Functions. These may include major initiatives such as HR Core modernization, future Finance ERP/S/4HANA transformation, or other enterprise Corporate Functions programs. The role is accountable for program orchestration, integrated planning, governance, dependencies, delivery discipline, executive transparency, partner performance, readiness, and outcome realization, while the respective domain PTL and business leaders retain accountability for domain strategy, functional decisions, and target business outcomes.
