## Description

Astura's Design Engineer will serve as a design resource during the development process. The primary goal of the Design Engineer is to use established requirements to design devices using CAD software., * CAD Modeling: Responsible for modeling of complex parts using Solidworks CAD software including; design tables, surfacing, and complex assemblies.

 * Manufacturing Drawings: Responsible for creating manufacturing drawings per ASME Y14.5.
 * Tolerance Analysis (GD&T): Responsible for performing tolerance analysis on all interfacing devices.
 * Design for Manufacturability: Responsible for working with manufacturing personnel to ensure parts can be efficiently manufactured.
