## Description

GovCIO LLC is seeking a Network Circuit Manager to support Defense & Aerospace programs within our IT & Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will design, manage, and optimize secure network circuits supporting mission-critical federal systems. You'll oversee carriers, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, and ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards. Responsibilities

 * Plan, design, and manage secure network circuits for defense and aerospace environments
 * Coordinate with carriers and vendors to provision, maintain, and optimize circuits
 * Monitor network performance and availability, troubleshooting latency and outages
 * Implement and enforce cybersecurity controls aligned with federal and Do
 * D standards
 * Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to secure data-in-transit and boundary defenses
 * Maintain detailed network diagrams, inventories, and configuration documentation
 * Support incident response activities related to network circuit events
 * Perform capacity planning and recommend upgrades to meet mission needs
 * Ensure compliance with government security and continuity requirements
 * Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and stakeholders
