## About the Role

5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or report development.
Advanced Power BI and/or Tableau; strong SQL.
Experience building executive dashboards and written analytical reports.
Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves
Technogen HRSA dashboard or PRF data mart experience.
Snowflake, Excel/Power Query, or Qlik.
Public-sector performance measurement or budget/financial reporting.
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst or Tableau certification

## Description

Availability: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM ET, Monday Friday
Public-sector experience: Highlight state, local, or federal work prominently where applicable.
Certification evidence: Attach copies of certifications and licenses, if applicable.
Candidate strategy: Prioritize candidates who can demonstrate the required experience through specific projects, outcomes, technologies, and public-sector engagements.
Role Summary: Turns County operational and program data into analysis, dashboards and reports that support decisions and performance measurement., Gather, clean, integrate and analyze data from County systems.
Build dashboards, KPI scorecards and recurring/ad hoc reports.
Define metrics with County stakeholders and document data sources and logic.
Present findings and recommendations in reports and briefings.
