## About the Role

* Pharmaceutical or semiconductor quality experience
 * AWS CWI or SNT-TC-1-A VT Level II certification required.
 * Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
 * Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, processes, and standards.
 * Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
 * Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality certifications.
 * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
 * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 * Experience with statistical analysis tools and methods.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills.
 * Ability to perform inspections and audits in various settings.
 * Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the industry.

## Description

You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to conduct inspections, perform tests, and analyze data, all while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional products to our customers., * Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

 * Perform weld inspection on fabrication according to applicable Code and project specifications
 * Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to maintain product consistency and reliability.
 * Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies and collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve them.
 * Perform routine calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
 * Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports on product quality for management review.
 * Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conforming products.
 * Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements during testing and inspection processes.
 * Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems and standards.
 * Keep up to date with industry best practices and advancements in quality assurance and control technologies.
 * Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and standards to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.
