## About the Role

* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a comparable qualification
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
 * Knowledge of construction processes within the wind energy sector, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
 * Experience in budget management, project planning, resource coordination, cost control, and risk management
 * Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or comparable project management tools
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 * Very good communication skills in both German and English (minimum B2-C1); Spanish language skills are an advantage
 * A valid driving license recognized in Germany and willingness to travel are required

 * Monitoring project budgets and implementing cost control measures
 * Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements throughout the Civil Works and Site Readiness phases
 * Developing project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies
 * Coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple project sites
 * Tracking project progress and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders
 * Supporting BoP Supervisors in resolving site issues and schedule delays
 * Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
