## About the Role

Education (Required):

 * Bachelor's degree in any field - OR - currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
 * No specific major or technical background required

Required:

 * Basic computer literacy - comfortable using a browser, email, and online tools
 * Reliable internet connection and a device capable of running Zoom and a web browser
 * Ability to attend live sessions Mon-Fri at 6:00 PM CST for the duration of the program
 * Strong willingness to learn and commitment to completing a 90-day structured program
 * No prior programming or coding experience required

Preferred:

 * Some exposure to data, spreadsheets, or analytical thinking in a professional or academic setting
 * Familiarity with AI concepts at a general level (not technical - just awareness)
 * Goal of transitioning into or advancing within an AI, data, or technology-related role
 * Prior experience in any field where AI is being adopted (healthcare, finance, marketing, operations, etc.)

## Description

You'll learn Python, data analysis, and machine learning through live daily sessions on Zoom and hands-on labs on real cloud infrastructure. Every enrolled student gets access to our Career Bridge Program - internship matching and job assistance with partner companies actively hiring for AI roles, starting while you're still in training.

No prior programming experience required. This program is designed for career changers, recent graduates, and professionals who are ready to move into AI and want structured guidance to get there., * Attend live daily sessions on Zoom (Mon-Fri, 6:00 PM CST) and actively participate in instruction and discussion

 * Complete weekly hands-on lab assignments using real cloud-based AI infrastructure
 * Write and debug Python code across progressively advanced exercises and projects
 * Analyze datasets using NumPy and Pandas and present findings through data visualizations
 * Build and evaluate machine learning models including regression and classification algorithms
 * Collaborate with peers on exercises, code reviews, and group problem-solving activities
 * Complete a full end-to-end capstone AI project and present it at the cohort showcase
 * Engage with the Career Bridge Program - update your profile, attend career prep sessions, and participate in internship matching activities
 * Meet weekly milestones and maintain satisfactory progress to remain eligible for placement support
 * Apply AI concepts to real-world scenarios relevant to your target industry or role
