Preferred Qualifications

 * Financial Services, Asset Management, or Hedge Fund experience.
 * Salesforce Certifications.
 * Experience with Microservices Architecture.
 * Snowflake, Azure Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
 * Master Data Management (MDM).
 * ETL and enterprise data integration tools.
 * Experience with job scheduling tools such as JAMS, ActiveBatch, or AutoSys.

## Description

* Own the Salesforce technology roadmap, architecture, and CRM strategy.
 * Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and CRM technology teams.
 * Design and oversee Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
 * Establish Salesforce development standards, security, governance, data quality, and best practices.
 * Serve as the senior escalation point for CRM technology initiatives.
 * Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Relationship Management, and Operations leaders to deliver business-driven solutions.
 * Manage Salesforce releases, environments, DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Maintain a hands-on leadership approach, contributing to technical design and complex development efforts.
