## Description

Experienced technical lead responsible for developing, supporting, and optimizing Power BI, OnBase, and enterprise system solutions. This role ensures secure, stable, and efficient application delivery while leading a team and driving process improvements. Responsibilities:

 * Lead development of Power BI reports, dashboards, workflows, and OnBase solutions.
 * Perform system design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
 * Support deployments, migrations, and system optimization across environments.
 * Maintain server stability, data integrity, and secure delivery practices.
 * Mentor team members and support issue resolution and process improvement.
