## About the Role

* High school diploma required; college degree is preferred.
 * A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field requiring similar event, customer service skills, and other responsibilities. Competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook
 * Knowledge of Social Media Outlets
 * Current Driver's License
 * Strong community engagement
 * Occasional travel may be required.

## Description

The Lifestyle Director is responsible for providing programs and events suitable and engaging for all residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!

 * Design: Survey the community and create ongoing activities and programs tailored to the community's wide range of ages and needs.
 * Promote and drive interest in the programs using a variety of methods such as newsletter, website, social media, email blast and word of mouth.
 * Secure vendors and staff. Execute while working with onsite management, maintenance techs, and other providers. Debrief with all personnel after the event to improve and grow future events.
 * Operate with a constant mindset of serving the residents with excellence.
 * Express clear and concise written and verbal communication with district staff, residents, Vesta management, staff, and vendors.
 * Maintain order and manage special events budgets, coordinate vendors, and staff.
 * Lead staff and vendors to a common goal.
