This is a highly physical, team-oriented role focused on the installation and deployment of server and network infrastructure within an active data center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in data centers, IT hardware, structured cabling, low-voltage installations, electrical work, construction, mechanical trades, warehouse operations, or other hands-on technical environments. Direct server deployment experience is preferred but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to learn technical processes., This is a physically demanding position. Candidates should be comfortable performing hands-on work for the majority of their shift. * Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver servers, racks, cabling, and related equipment. * Comfortable spending extended periods standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and working around server racks. * Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks associated with equipment installation and cabling. * Comfortable moving equipment and materials throughout a large data center environment. * Ability to safely work as part of a team when moving or installing heavier equipment., * Previous experience in a data center, structured cabling, IT hardware, low-voltage, construction, electrical, mechanical, warehouse, or other technical trade environment. * Familiarity with servers, computer hardware, racks, network equipment, or structured cabling is preferred. * Experience working with fiber and/or copper cabling is a plus. * Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking is beneficial. * Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and technical equipment. * Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized deployment procedures. * Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to workplace safety. * Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment., The ideal candidate doesn't necessarily need years of traditional IT experience.
