## About the Role

* hebt een afgeronde wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in econometrie, data science, quantitative finance of een vergelijkbare richting
 * hebt tenminste één jaar relevante werkervaring in Responsible Investing, duurzaamheid of de financiële sector

## Description

Als Responsible Investing Data Specialist bij a.s.r. werk je op het snijvlak van duurzaamheid, data en beleggen. Je helpt ons om duurzame ambities te vertalen naar betrouwbare analyses, heldere rapportages en concrete inzichten voor beleggingsbeslissingen. Daarbij werk je aan thema's met grote maatschappelijke impact, zoals klimaat, biodiversiteit, mensenrechten en privacy. Je analyseert duurzaamheidsdata, ontwikkelt dashboards en ondersteunt de implementatie van nieuwe standaarden en regelgeving, zoals CSRD, SFDR en PCAF. Ook onderzoek je hoe AI verantwoord kan bijdragen aan Responsible Investing. In deze rol combineer je inhoud, techniek en samenwerking met veel verschillende stakeholders.  * je vertaalt strategische duurzaamheidsambities naar concrete RI-instrumenten en werkt met datamanagementteams aan passende data-oplossingen
 * je implementeert nieuwe rapportagestandaarden en relevante wet- en regelgeving in data- en rapportageprocessen
 * je analyseert en modelleert duurzaamheidsdata om inzicht te geven in targets, ESG-risico's en impactbeleggingen
 * je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt dashboards en datavisualisaties, onder andere in Python en Power BI
 * je onderzoekt en ondersteunt nieuwe toepassingen van AI binnen Responsible Investing
