Je hebt kennis van 4G/LTE, 5G NR, RAN-architectuur, planning, optimalisatie en operations. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met SON, waaronder centralized, distributed en hybrid SON-modellen. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met RAN-orchestration, closed-loop automation, zero-touch operations en AI/ML-driven optimization. Kennis van TOGAF is vereist; TM Forum ODA is een plus. Engels is vereist; Nederlands is een plus. * Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Telecommunicatie, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering of een vergelijkbare technische richting. * Sterke kennis van mobiele Radio Access Networks, waaronder 4G/LTE, 5G NR en RAN-architectuur. * Ervaring met RAN-planning, RAN-optimalisatie, RAN-operations en radio network performance management. * Aantoonbare ervaring met SON-oplossingen, waaronder centralized SON, distributed SON en hybrid SON-modellen. * Ervaring met RAN-orchestration, closed-loop automation, zero-touch operations of policy-based automation. * Kennis van AI/ML-driven optimization, observability en datagedreven netwerkautomatisering. * Ervaring met integratiepatronen tussen RAN-systemen, OSS/BSS, inventory, assurance, orchestration, analytics en AI/ML-platformen. * Kennis van TOGAF en TM Forum Open Digital Architecture. * Ervaring met 5G SA, O-RAN, cloud RAN of virtualized RAN. * Kennis van security- en compliance-eisen voor geautomatiseerde netwerkoperaties.
