* Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise application design, development, and implementation.
 * Hands-on expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
 * Skilled in backend automation, bulk data operations, and integration with SharePoint, Office 365, and enterprise systems.
 * Solid understanding of Azure cloud services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), authentication protocols (OAuth, App Registration), and modern security practices.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for Power Platform.
 * Experience developing enterprise web applications using Angular frontend technologies.
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
 * Collaborative team player with experience working across global teams; proactive and organized.
 * Agile/Scrum delivery experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment.
