## About the Role

* Previous hands-on IT support experience; corporate/service desk experience is ideal but strong hands-on experience from Geek Squad, Micro Center, or a technical internship could also work
 * Solid understanding of basic networking concepts
 * Must understand ping tests, traceroute, IP configuration, and basic connectivity troubleshooting
 * Comfortable troubleshooting ISP and store-network connectivity issues
 * Experience supporting wireless access points, firewalls, printers, and other network-connected devices
 * Comfortable navigating firewall and wireless access point configurations
 * Basic Windows and Active Directory support experience
 * Does not need deep systems administration or Entra experience; role is more heavily focused on end-user and store/network support
 * Strong communication skills

## Description

Duration: Initial contract through end of the year with strong likelihood to extend or convert Full-Time

Supporting Technologies:

 * Windows environment (some of team uses Mac); M365 & Google
 * Mobile device management - Intune
 * Networking - ISP modems, SonicWall firewalls, PoE switches, wireless access points
 * Remote support - Dameware and RDP
 * Active Directory and MFA
 * Zebra scanners/tablets, thin clients, and security camera systems
