Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications, makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution., * 6+ years of experience with systems engineering including system architecture and design, requirements analysis and management, interface definition, verification and validation, and trade study development * 4+ years of experience with requirements management tools and processes * Experience creating and managing operational, system, and technical architecture products, such as OVs, SVs, and TVs, using DoDAF * Experience conducting end-to-end mission workflow analysis to support design trades, capability assessments, and system-of-systems integration * Experience with systems engineering support for development, operations, or sustainment within DoD or Intelligence Community programs * Ability to convey complex engineering concepts to varied audiences * Ability to develop, communicate, and maintain mission-level architectures aligned with DoD or IC standards and frameworks * Ability to translate mission needs into actionable system requirements and technical specifications * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * Bachelor's degree in a STEM field Nice If You Have: * Experience engineering systems hosted in cloud-based infrastructures * Experience working in Agile development environments, including Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence * Knowledge of Intelligence Community mission areas, processes, and frameworks * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills * Possession of strong organizational skills to manage complex technical tasks * Agile Certification such as SAFe Agilist Certification ## Description As a leader in systems engineering, we are looking for you to solve complex problems and shape national security space systems by leading agile systems engineering and integration efforts.
