## About the Role

Associate's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
*
1-3 years of experience providing technical support in a school, educational, or customer-facing environment preferred.
*
Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS devices, printers, A/V systems, and end users.
*
Willingness to work assigned schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.

## Description

Document issues, resolutions, and patterns to support continuous improvement and escalation to senior technology staff when needed.

Educational and Event Technology Support
*
Point of contact for classroom, office and event technology trouble calls and setup.
*
Equipment inventory and lifecycle management.
*
Audio/Video systems installation and repair management.
*
Collaborates with the Director of Technical Theater to provide technical support to on-campus events such as presentations, receptions, and other special events.
*
Digital signage maintenance and management.
*
Digital testing equipment and space support.

Technology Project Support and Implementation
*
Installation of new and replacement equipment.
*
Assist with implementing new solutions and/or replacing current systems. I.e.A/V systems (Projector/TV/Audio systems), desktops, phones, MFP/Copiers, etc...

Other
*
Other duties as assigned by the Director.
*
Support for additional school-day student-facing activities (e.g. advisory, club, elective, DEI initiative, etc), as assigned by the Director.
