## About the Role

* 5+ years of Microsoft Teams experience required.
 * Hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe.
 * Experience with WhatsUp Gold, Pingdom, and/or PRTG.
 * Strong communication and incident management skills.
 * Must be available for day, afternoon, midnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
 * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
 * Onsite position - no work from home.

## Description

* Monitor IBM Mainframe systems, infrastructure, and services.
 * Handle Level 1 incidents, create and escalate tickets, and track issues to resolution.
 * Use monitoring tools such as WhatsUp Gold, Pingdom, and PRTG.
 * Monitor mainframe control consoles and system performance.
 * Support basic JCL review/validation.
 * Coordinate with IT teams, customers, and vendors during critical incidents.
