## Description

The Senior Application Architect - Federal designs secure, scalable applications supporting DHS CISA's Critical Infrastructure Collaboration Platform. The role defines target architectures, APIs, and integration patterns; plans data migration; and guides agile development teams on modernization, cloud services, and automation. The architect collaborates with security, infrastructure, and analytics teams to align with Federal security, privacy, and accessibility requirements in a hybrid remote/onsite environment., * Assess and document current application architectures, data models, interfaces, and dependencies to identify technical debt and risks.

 * Define target-state architectures, components, and APIs aligned with CISA enterprise and DHS security requirements.
 * Design and guide migration strategies, including validation, rollback, and transition procedures to protect data integrity.
 * Evaluate and recommend cloud services and Saa
 * S solutions, documenting security, performance, and cost trade-offs.
