## About the Role

As an Associate Manager, Data Analytics, you will drive analytics that help shape business decisions and improve outcomes across Stryker's Endoscopy division. In this role, you will lead and help grow a team of analytics professionals while remaining hands-on in delivering reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that create measurable business value. You'll partner closely with stakeholders, influence priorities, and help modernize how data and analytics are used to solve problems and accelerate performance.

What You Will Do

 * Lead delivery of analytics initiatives by managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across a portfolio of projects.
